Ashley Bayliss

Ashley Bayliss, 27, is an ex-professional footballer who currently works with Reading Pre Academy and The PSG Academy UK (Milton Keynes). His passion lies in nurturing technically proficient players through a balanced approach that focuses on both ball mastery and physical development. With a wealth of experience on and off the pitch, Ash brings a unique perspective to his coaching, aiming to cultivate skillful and confident young athletes. A fun fact: you might have also spotted Ash on screen, as his acting career included a role on the hit Apple TV series Ted Lasso.

Thomas Briggs

Thomas Briggs, 26, is a graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University and has worked in primary and secondary education since 2018. A lifelong football player, he first encountered Futsal at age 16 while attending Hartpury College. With nearly a decade of experience coaching football from grassroots to academy levels in both England and Wales, he currently works at Oxford United Academy and co-founded FCF in 2024. Driven by his passion, Tom aspires to give children the opportunity to experience Futsal, envisioning a future where it is discussed with the same enthusiasm as football to develop stronger, more well-rounded players for England.
